In certain cases, to ensure strict privacy, I can also use alternative sales channels: direct contacts with potential customers or through trusted real estate agencies.
Why choose an exclusive mandate?
The exclusive mandate / assignment is a contract signed by the seller that allows me to have all the most effective tools to promote the sale.
The main reasons why you should choose this contract are:
Commissions applied in sales (selling party)
Property sale: 3% on the sale price equal to or greater than € 100,000.00
For properties with sale prices below 100,000, the commission has a fixed amount of 3,000.00 euros
The prices for appraisals and other specialized consultancy must be agreed with the agency on a case-by-case basis.
