Once I have found the most suitable property, I negotiate the right purchase price and I accompany step by step the customer to the signing of the deed following the entire bureaucratic process including the main checks on the documentation. I also offer 5 hours of free consultancy post -sales services (identification of plant suppliers, furniture, gardening, maintenance, etc.). Customers can also request to have a package of additional after-sales services.

 Services for buyers:

• Identification of properties to visit.
• Fiscal analysis, cadastral analysis, mortgage and urban planning analysis of properties.
• Drafting of the purchase proposal.
• Drafting and registration of preliminary sales contracts.
• Translation services for any foreign relations.
• Mortgage analysis in order to find the most convenient rates through primary credit operators.
• After-sales assistance for any renovation, expansion, modernization of electrical and plumbing systems, maintenance, cleaning services, gardening and surveillance.

Commissions applied in sales (buyer part)

• Property purchase: 3% on the sale price equal to or greater than Euro 100,000.00
• For properties with sale prices lower than Euro 100,000.00, the commission has a fixed amount of Euro 3,000.00
